The wash-bear pro190 is a high-performance, hooklift-mounted solution for separating lightweight contaminants from mineral recycling materials. The system is suitable for processing construction waste, recycled concrete, recycled aggregates and mineral mixtures at high throughput rates.

With a processing capacity of up to 190 t/h, the pro190 is designed for demanding recycling applications. The system handles feed sizes of 4–120 mm and features a 30 kW screw drive.

Typical contaminants such as aerated concrete, plastics, wood, films, paper, organic materials, grass and turf residues, or cable remnants can significantly reduce the quality of recycled aggregates. The wash-bear pro190 reliably separates these materials using the sink-float process.

Continuously Adjustable Conveying Screw

The screw's rotational speed and inclination can be adjusted continuously. This allows the material's residence time in the water bath to be controlled and the dewatering of the mineral fraction to be optimised.
