The number represents the throughput capacity in tons per hour. The foundation of the simple and robust technology for the mechanical separation of lightweight substances such as aerated concrete, plastic, or organic material is based on the patented conveyor screw. It ensures nearly 100% efficiency. Through intelligent control, the rotational speed and pitch of the screw can be continuously adjusted, allowing for material dewatering. The discharge of the floating lightweight substances is continuous and automatic, facilitated by a specially designed brush conveyor belt for the wash-bear®. Additional separation options are provided, including an optional wind sifter.

The wash-bear pro150 is a hooklift-mounted lightweight material separator designed for medium to high throughput capacities. The system removes floating contaminants such as aerated concrete, wood, plastics, films, paper and organic materials from mineral recycling materials.

With a processing capacity of up to 150 t/h, the pro150 is ideal for recycling companies and material processing operators that regularly handle larger material volumes and require a robust, easy-to-transport system. The system handles feed sizes of 10–120 mm and features a 22 kW screw drive.

Higher Capacity for Construction Waste Recycling

The wash-bear pro150 combines high throughput capacity with easy operation. It is suitable for construction waste, recycled aggregates, recycled concrete and mineral mixtures where reliable separation of lightweight contaminants is essential.

Mechanical Separation Using the Sink-Float Principle

In the water bath, materials are separated according to their density. Heavy mineral components sink and are discharged by the conveying screw. Lightweight contaminants float to the surface and are removed by the brush belt.

Optional Air Classifier for Additional Cleaning

An optional air classifier can be retrofitted to further improve the cleaning performance. It supports the removal of lightweight contaminants such as paper, films, grass and turf residues, and cable remnants.
